The Titan Planner Ships Worldwide
The Titan Planner was designed by two Global Citizens for a Global Audience!
The Titan planner ships worldwide, via six warehouses around the world including Beverly Hills (California), Santiago (Chile), Valencia (Spain), Dubai (UAE), Guangzhou (China) and Tokyo (Japan).
It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do not ship orders the same day. (For example, if you place your order on Friday, it will likely ship on Monday).
A confirmation email with your tracking details will be sent once your order has processed, and shipped, to the email address provided at checkout. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier service for more information. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order, so please contact us after the estimated delivery time frame.
How Can I Change My Order?
If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your cart or change your address, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Since we process orders as quickly as possible to expedite shipping times, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order details before your order begins processing.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters their shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small opportunity to cancel/change your order and shipping details. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at email@example.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
I Didn’t Receive my Package
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, please kindly check with your neighbors who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information as well, in case it was delivered there instead.
