Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on orders within 30 days of purchase.
Please email email@example.com to initiate your return. Please kindly include your order number, which product(s) you are looking to return, the reason for the return, and whether or not they have been used. Return shipping labels provided by our customer service team will assist in expediting the shipping, and refund process. If you returned any products prior to contacting us, we cannot guarantee that they will be accepted back by our warehouse without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) label.
WILL MY SHIPPING COSTS BE REFUNDED?
The original shipping costs will not be included in your refund. However, for US residents, we will be happy to offer you a prepaid return shipping label for your returned order.
