How do I use Titan Planner?
1. Fill in your Titan 5 for Life.
These are the five most important things that must happen between now and the last hour of your last day, so at the end of your life you’ll be able to say: “I had an amazing and meaningful life.”
2. Fill in your Titan 5 for the Next 10 Years.
These are the five most important things that must happen within the next decade. Your Titan 5 for the Next 10 Years must contribute to getting you closer to your Titan 5 for Life.
3. Fill in your Titan 5 for the Next 3 Years.
These are the five most important things that must happen within the next three years. Your Titan 5 for the Next 3 Years must contribute to getting you closer to your Titan 5 for the Next 10 Years.
4. Fill in your Titan 5 for Next Year.
These are the five most important things that must happen within the next year. Your Titan 5 for Next Year must contribute to getting you closer to your Titan 5 for the Next 3 Years.
5. Fill in your Titan 5 for Next Quarter.
These are the five most important things that must happen within the next quarter. Your Titan 5 for Next Quarter must contribute to getting you closer to your Titan 5 for Next Year.
6. Fill in your Titan 5 for Next Month.
These are the five most important things that must happen within the next month. Your Titan 5 for Next Month must contribute to getting you closer to your Titan 5 for Next Quarter.
7. Fill in your Titan 5 for Next Week.
These are the five most important things that must happen within the next week. Your Titan 5 for Next Week must contribute to getting you closer to your Titan 5 for Next Month.
8. Fill in your Morning Ritual.
I. Start your day by reading the inspirational quote on the top of the page. This will reignite you for the day!
II. List three things that you are grateful for. This is a game changer that is practiced by many Titans! You immediately become happier when you are aware of all the blessings you have in your life!
III. Complete your Titan 5 for Today. These are five biggest things that must happen before the end of the day, and that will take you closer to your Titan 5 for Life.
IV. Complete your Tasks/Errands for the day. These are not necessarily related to your Titan 5 for Life, but these are things that we all have to do: buying groceries, picking up your shirt from the dry-cleaner,… you get the idea.
V. Schedule your day. As Jim Rohn said, “Never begin your day until it is finished on paper.” Titans schedule even their free time! How about family time? You bet! Remember that what gets scheduled gets done. So schedule away!
VI. Finally, and most importantly, execute on your Titan goals! Titans have a ferocious devotion to execution. Work according to plan and not according to mood. What makes a Titan is consistent action, whether you feel “motivated and inspired” or not!
9. Fill in your Evening Ritual.
I. At the end of each day, check your Titan 5 for Today and Tasks/Errands. Check off the items that you achieved. Ideally, you have achieved all the items, especially, your Titan 5 for Today. Do you have some of the items unachieved? No worries! Life is not always perfect! In the end, what matters is what you do most of the time. Make sure you achieve them by tomorrow.
II. Do your Titan Checklist:- Did you workout today?
- Did you eat healthy and nutritious foods?
- Are you getting enough sleep?
- If you want to accomplish Titan things in life, you will need tons of energy and stamina. So make sure the 3 above are in place!
- Did you make time to think?
- Did you make time to read?
If you want to keep improving your professional and personal lives, making time to think and learn are essential. Ask any Titan, they will tell you!
- Did you make time for your family?
You could have all the success in the world, but if you have no one to share it with, you will feel empty and unhappy. So make sure you make time for your family.(Note: “family” here could mean your immediate family, distant family, friends… whatever “family” means to you, make time for them!)
III. Write down Today’s Victories.
Celebrate 3 small things that you achieved today! When you experience even small amounts of success, your brain releases dopamine, which is connected to feelings of pleasure, learning and motivation. When you feel the effects of dopamine, you’re eager to repeat the actions that resulted in success in the first place. This is why achieving small goals – and celebrating them! - is such an effective way to build momentum to stay on track with your dreams…”
10. What is my Weekly Ritual?
Every Sunday, do your Weekly Ritual:
- Did you achieve your Titan 5 from the past week? Check off the boxes of the items that you accomplished. Ideally, you have achieved all your Titan 5 for the Week. If not, write them down on your Titan 5 for Next Week!
- Write three Titan Victories from the past week.
- Write three Titan Lessons from the past week.
- What do you need to improve?
II. Plan your Titan 5 for Next Week.
11. Fill in your Monthly Ritual.
On the last day of each month, do your Monthly Ritual:
- Did you achieve your Titan 5 from the past month? Check off the boxes of the items that you accomplished. Ideally, you have achieved all your Titan 5 for the Month. If not, write them down on your Titan 5 for the Next Month!
- Write three Titan Victories from the past month.
- Write three Titan Lessons from the past month.
- What do you need to improve?
II. Plan your Titan 5 for Next Month.
12. Fill in your Quarterly Ritual.
At the end of each quarter, do your Quarterly Ritual:
- Did you achieve your Titan 5 from the past quarter? Check off the boxes of the items that you accomplished. Ideally, you have achieved all your Titan 5 for the Quarter. If not, write them down on your Titan 5 for the Next Quarter!
- Write three Titan Victories from the past quarter.
- Write three Titan Lessons from the past quarter.
- What do you need to improve in the next quarter?
II. Plan your Titan 5 for Next Quarter.
